1. Damaged or Missing Item
- Any damages or mistakes must be flagged to us within 48 hours upon successful delivery.
- If an item is damaged or missing during shipping as confirmed by the courier service provider, we will be responsible to replace the same item. In the event an item is not available or cannot be replaced, we will replace an item with similar value or a partial/full refund.
- Refund to local banks will be made within 14 working days.
- Refund to credit card / Paypal will take 7-14 working days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service. No refunds or cancellation can be made as we have no control over the delivery times and handling by courier service.
